Price per night per day PLN 1,250 (from PLN 125/person/day at max occupancy)

Price for renting a house for a week PLN 8,000 (from PLN 115 /person/day at max occupancy)

Price for renting a house for a month PLN 30,000 (from PLN 100/person/day at max occupancy)

Minimum stay is 4 days. Short-term rental only (up to 1 month).

Additionally, we charge a deposit of PLN 1,000 in cash for each rental. We put the cash in an envelope and return it in the same form when handing over the keys after checking the condition of the house.

Preinstallment 30% is due at time of booking. The rest of the cost (70%) will be deducted from your bank account 7 days before arrival. Preinstallement is refundable 48h after booking only.

We love animals, but due to the high risk of damage, we generally do not accept them. There are several dog hotels in a nearby town where you can leave your pet for the duration of your vacation.

Blanket washing / additional blanket - PLN 50 / piece

Cleaning is standard after each stay in the house and is included in the cost. Additionally, in the case of longer stays, cleaning is done weekly.

The water in the jacuzzi is changed once every two weeks on the 1st and 14th day of the month. At the same time, the blankets on the beds are washed. For an additional fee, we can change the water in the jacuzzi and additionally wash the blankets. The grass is cut every week.
