Guests of the Harmonia house are obliged to follow the rules of good manners during their stay.
We do not accept the organization of large gatherings and loud parties.
Guests are kindly requested not to destroy furniture and equipment in the house, otherwise, the costs of the damage will be deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, an additional fee may be required.
Due to the possibility of damage, we do not accept animals in the house, but we will be happy to recommend care facilities nearby.
Due to the proximity of the river, guests are kindly requested to exercise caution. Guests bear all responsibility for not following safety rules, entering the river under the influence of alcohol, and also take responsibility for children who may have access to the river.

Guests are kindly requested to segregate waste according to the markings on the bins and throw them away regularly.
If possible, guests are asked to water four flowers in the house. They are watered regularly after each stay, but in the case of longer stays, we will be grateful for such help.
